DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement has been concluded remotely between Derman Collection and the consumer (buyer) using the website www.dermancollection.com, under the terms and conditions specified below, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer from the dermancollection.com website.

 

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, price, and payment method of the purchased product are specified electronically during the order process.

 

4. DELIVERY

The product will be delivered by cargo to the address specified by the buyer within a maximum of 10 days. The shipping time and cost are indicated in the product details.


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • Written notification must be provided

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

 

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Products produced by special order

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

 

6. REFUND

The returned product must be complete and unused. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


7. DISPUTES

In case of disputes, the consumer may apply to the Bursa Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts.


8. EFFECTIVENESS

For every purchase made through www.dermancollection.com, this agreement is considered to have been read and accepted by the buyer.
